Position Overview & Responsibilities

Etix seeks to add a new member to the Warehouse team. We’re looking for someone who will be an integral part of the Etix process, working in the warehouse to manage shipment import/export, and ensure organization and efficiency.


  • Assist in general warehouse organization
  • Quickly and efficiently fulfill customer shipments, with minimal room for error
  • Receive and log incoming shipments

Skills/Experienced Required

This a a physical role. The Seasonal Shipping/Receiving Specialist should be prepared to stand most of  the day, and must be able to lift/move 5-45 lb boxes. The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to arrive on time with a strong and independent work ethic.

Etix seeks to add an entry level Training & Documentation Specialist to focus on all areas of Etix education. Service is our number one priority and providing clients and staff with superb training tools is how we achieve excellence in service. The winning candidate will be a proven self-starter.


  • Fully understand the Etix software and our Vendor relationships
  • Guarantee that Etix users fully understand the complete product through writing and assisting with our technical documentation tools
  • Assist with development, creation and maintenance of training materials
  • Work with other departments regarding new initiatives and software releases
  • Schedule and maintain training calendar for department (this requires timely and professional correspondence with clients via email and phone)
  • Monitor and measure training participation and effectiveness
  • Coordinate Etix Live training events

Skills / Experiences Required

  • Associates Degree in Instructional Design or other training field
  • Experience in Box Office, ticketing, software or training is preferred
  • Should enjoy a challenge in a technical and fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational, written and verbal skills are a must
  • Must be a team player both within the Training Department and the company as a whole
  • Must be self-motivated with a professional and personable demeanor
  • Public speaking and presentation skills & the ability to work under quick deadlines
  • Familiarity with Adobe Connect and Etix is a plus

Note: Will require travel for occasional on-site training and event support, which may mean long periods of standing/sitting, lifting equipment, etc. Event support is influenced by client requirements, which may include nights and holiday hours.

Postion Overview & Responsibilities

Etix is seeking a part-time customer support representative to join our growing customer support team. The customer support team provides service and assistance to event attendees. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional and prompt service to Etix customers.
  • Contacting customers by phone and email to resolve reported issues.
  • Fulfill ticket and merchandise orders and process ticket sales by phone.
  • Occasional administrative support: data entry, filing and heavy lifting.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web/tech savvy.
